1.將南瓜洗淨(勿去皮)、去耔、切成舟狀,用 160℃ 烤 8 分鐘,取出。
To wash clean pumpkins(do not take off the skin), poke out seeds and cut it to be boats, bake at 160℃ for about eight minutes and take out.

2.淋上蜂蜜,撒上白芝麻即可。
Pour honey and strew white sesame.
